THA Series

Horizontal 4-Axis Machining Center

The THA series is designed for cost-effective series machining of aluminum, cast iron and steel components. A highly rigid and thermally stable machine structure, travel speeds of up to 60 m/min and different spindle configurations enable adaptation to different machining tasks. An optional pallet changer and extensive tool magazines also support use in automated production lines.

Maximum Workpiece Size

Depending on the machine model, components up to a maximum size of Ø 630 × 800 mm can be machined on a 400 × 400 mm rotary table, or up to Ø 800 × 1,000 mm on a 500 × 500 mm rotary table.
