Horizontal 5-Axis Machining Center
The HS900 Hyper is designed for the precise 5-axis machining of large and complex structural components as well as demanding multi-sided and deep cavity geometries. The symmetrical Z-axes, the double ball screw of the Z-axis and the directly driven A and B axes support the high structural stability, positioning accuracy and machining dynamics. High-precision Heidenhain measuring systems on all five axes and the powerful HSK100A spindle complement the machine concept for demanding machining tasks.
