ANGER Machining GmbH was founded in 1982 in Traun, Austria by technology pioneer Anton Anger and has since established itself as a specialist for high-precision CNC machine solutions in the international mechanical engineering market
Anton Anger (1929-2013) was an innovative entrepreneur with deep roots in Austrian mechanical engineering and plastics technology. Before founding ANGER Machining, he had already built up several technology-oriented companies. His early activities in plastics processing and mechanical engineering laid the foundation for later successes in the field of complex machining technology.
Under his leadership, ANGER Machining quickly developed into a major supplier of high-speed milling and drilling machines and integrated machining solutions for precision and structural components. The company was recognized early on as a reliable partner, particularly in the automotive industry.

Over the years, ANGER Machining has established itself on the global market through continuous innovation in multi-spindle in-line technology and the modularity of its machines. Well-known OEMs and suppliers in Europe and beyond are among its reference customers.
Since 2015, ANGER Machining has been part of the Tongtai Group, a globally active mechanical engineering group based in Taiwan.
